Starting August 22nd, 2026, GoDurham is expanding frequent service on Routes 4 and 4B, giving riders in North Durham faster, more reliable, all‑day transit options.

• More frequent service: Routes 4 and 4B will run every 15 minutes from 7 a.m.–7 p.m., Monday–Saturday, beginning August 2026.
• All-day Route 4B: Route 4B will expand from afternoon-only to all-day service, improving reliability and reducing crowding.
• Better access: More convenient trips to key destinations, including Duke Regional Hospital, Northern High School, JFK Towers, and the Durham Center for Senior Life.
• Improved connections: Easier transfers between Routes 4, 6, and 9 at Duke Regional Hospital, strengthening GoDurham's high-frequency network for North Durham riders.
